Professional Services

Professional Services acts as the first contact connecting ARC Marion with the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD), the Waiver Support Coordinators and client families.  We assist the community in offering the resources to help individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Prader Willi and Autism. We provide tours of our facility showing some of the services we provide and what we do.

Professional Services administers Annual Support Plans are coordinated with the program service team, support coordinator and family to ensure that the goals and support plans are individualized for each person. Then annual satisfaction surveys are done to continue to provide services that are Person Centered and monitored for quality.

Professional Services maintains and updates all individual client records in our central file and distributes data needed for each department. We work with the programs and the State monitoring agency, Delmarva, to maintain and remain up to date with changes made to any of our data required by the APD or Delmarva.

Health Services

Our Health Services Department schedules off campus appointments to meet the medical needs of the individuals that live with us in the Residential Program. They are always monitoring the health needs of all to provide the best possible care available and work with the Residential program and the pharmacy to be sure that everyone receives their medication as needed and on time.
